There are various email notification settings you can turn on and create for specific users and use cases. To access, turn on, and edit the notifications:
Step 1: Go into settings from your manager view
Step 2: Click the Email Notifications tab
Step 3: Click the "View" icon for any notification you want to work on
Step 4: Every notification has a default email, which you can access by selecting "Edit Template."
You can edit the Subject (which will be the email subject line), Header Logo (if you'd like your own or the SkyHive logo to appear in the email), Banner Image, the body of the email (which includes formatting tools), Button Label (that will show up if there's any action required), and Signature.
Step 5: Click the Send Notifications icon if you want the notification turned on, followed by the Edit Schedule option.
Note: Some notifications are turned on by default and cannot be removed. Those are necessary email notifications, such as activating your profile. You still can edit them, however.
Step 6: Click Save once you are done

Employee Profile Change Request Approved
If the Employee Profile Change Request setting is turned on, employees will be notified if their profile change request has been approved by their admin or manager (such as adding a new skill).
Employee Profile Change Request Rejected
If the Employee Profile Change Request setting is turned on, employees will be notified if their profile change request has been rejected by their admin or manager (such as adding a new skill).
Manager Skill Assessment Notification
Employees will be notified if their admin or manager has assessed their skills.
Manager and Above
Employee Skills Profile Change Request
If the Employee Profile Change Request setting is turned on, admins and managers will be notified when an employee changes their profile (such as adding a new skill) so they can approve or reject it.
To enable this setting: Settings > Enterprise Profile > Enable require profile approval
Employee Self-Assessment Change Notification
Admins and managers can be notified if an employee has changed their skills assessments.
Digest: Skill Profile Update Notification
An email digest with all the skills changes made by your employees. Owners can set a specific email send time, as well as the frequency of these emails.
Talent Acquisition
Internal Candidate Hired Email
Employees will be notified if they have been hired for an internal job opportunity.
Employer Interested in Career Page
Employees will be notified if they have been invited to apply for an internal job opportunity.
Employee Confirmed for Career Page
Employees will be notified if they have been accepted and invited for an interview for an internal job opportunity.
Employee Created Email
Discontinued
Job Applicants Waiting Email
This notifies hiring managers and admins the number of employees who have applied for a job role and are waiting to hear back with an acceptance to apply or rejection.
Employee Contact Information Open For Employer
When an employee is shortlisted for an internal job, hiring managers and admins can be notified of their contact information, such as "this person has been successfully added to your candidate shortlist, and you now have access to their contact information. You can go ahead and reach out to to them regarding the next steps!"
Bookmark Application Not Available
If an internal job is no longer open, this will notify employees who have bookmarked that job.

Career Path
Career Path Changed
Notifies an employee if they have been assigned a new career path.
Training
Training Canceled Email
Notifies an employee if an admin has cancelled a current training course.
Training Suggestion Email
Discontinued
New Training Assigned to Employee
Notifies an employee if an admin has assigned them a new training course.
New Training Recommended to Employee
Functions the same way as the Training Cancelled email, but is used if you have the Integration/Recommendation Mode Workflow of Training Approval Setting turned on. This will notify employees if an admin or manager has recommended a training.
Employee Started a New Training
Notifies managers if one of their direct reports has started a new training.
Employee Completed Training
Notifies managers if one of their direct reports has completed training.
Training Not Started
Notifies managers if their direct reports have not yet started training.
Note: You can choose how often and when you'd like these notifications to be sent to managers.
Remind Employee to Start Assigned Training
Reminds employees to start assigned or recommended trainings.

Mentorship Request Sent Email
Notifies someone when they have been requested to be a mentor.
Mentee Accepted Email
Notifies mentors when a mentee has accepted a mentorship.
Mentor Accepted Email
Notifies mentees when a mentor has accepted a mentorship request.
Mentorship Rejected Email
Notifies mentees if a mentor has rejected the mentorship request.
Mentorship Auto Assigned To Mentee Email
Notifies a mentee when they have been assigned a mentorship.
Mentorship Auto Assigned To Mentor Email
Notifies mentors when they have been assigned as a mentor to a mentee.
Mentorship completed by Mentor
Notifies mentors when they have completed a mentorship program.
Mentorship completed by Mentee

Expert Assigned to the Community
Notifies a user when they are assigned as an expert to a community.
Employee's Skills Evaluated
Notifies an employee when their skills have been evaluated by an expert.
Talent Architecture
Watchlist: New Skills Detected
Notifies an Admin when new skills are detected for a job definition
- New emerging skills
- New disappearing skills
Watchlist: Skills Relevance Alert
When a job definition is added to your watchlist, the system will check weekly to see if the skill match falls below 20%.
If the skill relevance drops below the threshold, an email notification will be sent to the users responsible for that watchlist item.
The email will include the job definition name and a link to view more details on the SkyHive Enterprise platform.
