A Skill community can be created flexibly and adjusted to a specific group's needs. Users with permission to view the module can create/edit/delete/archive skill communities. They also can assign employees and experts.
Two types of users exist within a Skill Community.
-
Assigned Employees: Those whose skills are going to be assessed by experts.
-
Experts: Those responsible for unbiased skill evaluation within the sphere of knowledge in which they have expertise.
