If your Administrator has opted to request profile changes, your direct manager can approve or reject any of your skill change requests.
A "Request Skills Change" window appears when adding or modifying a skill.
Please provide a comment before selecting Confirm.
The Profile Changes tab can be viewed in the left-hand menu if you have decided to add additional skills to your profile or adjust existing skills.
Selecting the blue arrow to the far left will show a summary of the changes you have requested, such as Added Skills and Changed Proficiency Level.
Selecting the three-dot menu to the far right of a request will allow you to Cancel the Change Request.
This Pending Skills Request is also visible under the Skills section of your profile. Selecting View Request will also take you to the Profile Changes tab.
If Notifications have been enabled in your Enterprise, you will receive an update once the request has been approved or rejected.
