If the Profile Change Request setting has been enabled in your Enterprise and one of your direct reports has attempted to adjust the proficiency level of an existing skill or added a new one, you will receive a Profile Change Request.
This can be located under the Employees module.
This will include the following:
- Employee Name
- Change Type
- Details
- Date Requested
Select the blue arrow to the far left of the employee name for an expanded view of the request.
Select the three-dot menu to the far right to Approve or Reject the request.
Once completed, the Profile Change Request will be removed from your list, and the employee will be notified of the status.
