If you choose to upload a job description, you can upload a Word or PDF file or paste your job description in the text box. You can also select an Industry to provide more context for the role, which will help SkyHive generate more relevant skills.

Once you finish uploading or pasting the job description, click EXTRACT SKILLS.

Step 5: Based on proprietary labor market intelligence, SkyHive generates a list of skills associated with the position observed in the labor market.

There, you can click on a skill to adjust or remove it. These skills will be the main determining factor in matching candidates.
Step 9: Under the REQUIREMENTS section, SkyHive will provide a list of Suggested requirements for this role. Also, you can go ahead and manually search and add additional requirements.
Example: Bachelor's Degree, College Diploma, specific certifications etc.
Step 10: Under the DETAILS section, you can view and adjust your job description if you have uploaded one, or you can enter any additional details for the role if you didn't upload a job description.
Once you are finished, you can click SAVE & CONTINUE to proceed.
Step 11: Next, could you fill in the following location and date details:
- Check the Remote box if this is for a remote position
- Office
- Address
- Extra Instruction
- Job Start date
Step 12: Enter compensation information and additional information related to compensation and benefits. You can choose to hide the salary details from candidates by deselecting the "Compensation is visible to the candidates" box.
If a location is selected for a specific job posting, SkyHive will suggest a Recommended Minimum and Recommended Maximum based on labor market data.

- Recommended Maximum: Based on labor market data for job title and location.
Step 13: The final step is to review your Job Offer details. You can click the EDIT button at the top-right corner of each section to edit your Job Offer.
Step 14: After editing your Job Offer, click PUBLISH OFFER at the bottom.
