SkyHive allows importing job opportunities in bulk by uploading .csv or Excel files of jobs.
Step 1: From the Talent Acquisition/Matching module, click the More Actions tab followed by Import Jobs
Step 2: Download Template
To ensure a smooth and successful import of your job opportunities, follow these best practices when formatting your .csv or Excel file:
- Include all required fields such as job title, description, location, and department. Consult the provided template for a complete list of fields.
- Use clear and concise language in your job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Double-check for any typos, grammatical errors, or inconsistencies in your data.
- Save your file in a compatible format (.csv or .xlsx) before importing.
Step 3: Drag and drop, or browse to find your file, and import it in this section
Step 4: That's it! All the imported jobs will show up in your Talent Acquisition section.
