The Talent Matching Module is a powerful tool designed to streamline your recruitment process by leveraging advanced skill analysis and candidate matching capabilities. This guide will walk you through its key features and functionalities. 


Core Features

  • Skill Extraction and Analysis: Automatically extracts and analyzes skills from job descriptions.
  • Labor Market Comparison: Compares required skills in your job descriptions with labor market data to identify potential skill gaps or misalignments.
  • Internal Candidate Identification: Locates internal candidates with matching skills and experience.
  • Candidate Ranking: Ranks candidates based on skill match, experience, and other factors such as location and desired compensation.

Job Management

  • My Jobs: Assignments for specific Recruiters or Hiring Managers
  • Active Jobs: All current job openings (visible to Administrators only)
  • Archived Jobs: Cancelled or closed positions

  • Job Status (Draft/On Hold, Filled, Published)

Job Details

When you select a specific job, you will see:

  1. General Information: Job title, location, department

  2. Matches: Potential candidates with high skill correlation

  3. Candidates: Applicants and shortlisted individuals from Matches

  4. Hiring Quota: Number of positions to be filled

  5. Status: Current stage in the hiring process

Detailed Job View

Clicking on a job provides access to:

  • Job Specifics: General information, hiring team, compensation, and location

  • Skill Requirements: Both required and optional skills

  • Full Job Description

  • Action Options: Edit job details, update status, or duplicate the listing

Match Details - List 

For each potential candidate, you will see 

  1. Name

  2. Total Match Percentage (includes non-skill factors like location and pay expectations)

  3. Skills Match Percentage (Between the skill profile and skill requirement for the job)

  4. Candidate Source (Internal or External)

Selecting the arrow next to a match name, you will access additional information:

  • Location
  • Match Breakdown
  • Shared Skills (Skills that align with job requirements)
  • Skills to Train (Areas where the employee needs development to meet job requirements)

The Candidates section displays individuals who have applied for the job or were shortlisted from Matches, providing a centralized view of your applicant pool.
