Candidates

Candidates are people who have actively applied for the job or have been shortlisted. In general, candidates are one stage further in the hiring process than Matches.

All candidates come from one of two sources: Internal or External. If External, the specific external source will be listed.

  • Internal: Candidates who are current employees of your company
  • External: Candidates SkyHive sourced from participating job boards and
candidates imported from your company's Applicant Tracking System (when applicable)

To view Candidates for a Job you have posted, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the Talent Acquisition module from the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Talent Acquisition.

Step 2: Click on the title of the Position under Active Jobs.

Note: You can also leverage the filtering criteria to locate the published Position.
