This section covers how to assign an employee to a skill specialization.
Step 1: Locate the Skill Specialization tab under the Training & Development module.
Step 2: You'll see a list of all the skill specializations in your organization. Click on the Skill Specialization you'd like to assign an employee to.
Step 3: Select the "Assigned Employees" tab and click "Assign Employee"
Step 4: Search for the employee you'd like to assign the specialization. You can use the filters to make searching easier.
Step 5: Click the checkbox next to the employee's name and hit the Assign tab.
Note: You can assign multiple employees at a time by selecting multiple checkboxes.
Employees will then see the specialization under the "Assigned" tab, as well as the Learning Activities have been assigned and which skills they will be trained in.
Under View Details, the user can view General Details, Focus Skills and the complete Learning Activities.
Once an assigned Employee completes their Learning Activities, an Admin can now Endorse Specialization.
