Once an assigned Employee completes their Learning Activities, an Admin can now Endorse Specialization.
Note: The type of Specialization Endorsement is selected when outlining the details of the Skill Specialization.
To endorse a specialization as an admin or manager:
Step 1: Locate the Skill Specialization tab under the Training & Development module.
Step 2: Locate the skill specialization and enter the "Assigned Employees" tab.
Step 3: Search for the employee you'd like to endorse. You can use the filters to make searching easier.
Step 4: Click the three dotted menu and select "Endorse Specialization"
Step 5: Like the Managerial Assessment workflow, the Direct Managers and HR Admin can validate the employee's skills.
Step 6: Once you click "Endorse", the Specialization and who Endorsed these Focus Skills will be added to the Employee's profile.
