Added: Auto-Adding Skills Upon Course Completion
When a user marks a training as "Complete," we automatically add the skills covered by the course (along with the pre-defined proficiency ratings defined for each skill for this course) to the user's skills profile.
This eliminates the need for the user to bypass the popup screen and manually select them.
How to Implement This Setting (Available to Owners only)
Location: Advanced Setting > Training
Skills will be automatically added to the user's skills profile with the pre-defined proficiency rating for each skill when this setting is enabled.
Default Setting: Disabled

Improved: Add Skills to Profile and Endorse Skills

When a user type of Manager, HR Admin, HR Department Admin or Owner user selects the "Add Skills to Profile" option on behalf of an employee, this will take them through the Assess Skills workflow.
The newly added skill or skills will appear under the employee's profile under the Self Assessments tab.
Note: This directly impacts how the employee matches to training, jobs etc., based on their Self-Assessed Skills.

Added: My Jobs View
Users types of "Manager" and higher will now view only the jobs they are hiring for, so they can easily focus on what is most relevant.
When they have been designated Hiring Manager or Recruiter for a Job Posting, they will see a tab called, My Jobs.
Example: Darrell was added as a Hiring Manager for an open Data Scientist job posting. Under Talent Acquisition, Darrell will now see a My Jobs tab, which are jobs he is listed as a Hiring Manager for.
Improvements:
Improved: Change Skill Request
Our system will no longer duplicate requests when the "Profile Change Request" setting has been enabled.
- For user types of "Manager" and higher, they will only ever see a specific skill change request once.
- For employees, their pending requests for skills will not be duplicated.
Improved: Employee Profile View - Hide Office Address Detail
Under the employee profile view, we display the Office Name and Office Address. Still, the Google Maps location validation service isn't always accurate, so we have created an ability to hide this.
Settings > General Settings > Employee Profile
The office address will be hidden from the Employee view when enabled.
Note: By default, this setting is turned off.
Improvements: Import File Format Hints for Employees/Jobs
We have improved the file format hints for Employee and Job Imports to ensure the logic supports HR Department Admin user types and HR Admin + user types.
