SkyHive is "G>Force" at Gainwell Technologies
Hello, glad to be a part of the SkyHive community! At Gainwell Technologies, we've been implementing the SkyHive platform as a talent marketplace tool for both employees, managers and anyone looking for skills/talent in the organization. We started out by promoting our new G>Force tool in our weekly Leadership Forum and also on our Gainwell intranet. Leaders were encouraged to get their teams to complete their skills profile in the system and we set a goal for 80% of our employees to have a skills profile complete by June 1. We hit 68% by June 1 and now we are finally over our 80% goal. We turned on the career path, training and mentoring features in July and we've been partnering with Chris Toplack and team to hold trainings so our employees can learn how to build career paths to future roles and find training and mentors to support those journeys. G>Force has been a big part of our Career Growth Month that we are hosting this month. The more we get our HR systems integrated with SkyHive the more features we can implement. We thank SkyHive for supporting us on this journey to grow our talent and upskill and reskill them as our company grows.

Hi Julie, thank you for sharing and all of us at SkyHive are proud to have you and Gainwell as a partner! I love the idea of a "talent marketplace" because it's a clear benefit for the Leadership team to have more Skill Profiles in the system. I'm sure other Organizations can use this approach in their rollout strategy to reach their goals as well!
