Added: Display Percentage Match for Suggested Career Paths

Under Career Path, when a user receives job titles from the Suggested Positions drop-down, they will see the percentage match.

Added: Search by Japanese Characters (Names)

Users can now search for employee names in Japanese (Hiragana and Katakana), Korean, and Chinese.

Added: Download Training for Single or Multi Select Employees

A new action has been created under the Training tab, allowing any Admin or higher user to download all training assigned to employees.

This can be done to a single employee or multiple in bulk.

Training Tab > Select an employee or multiple employees > the Actions dropdown > Download to Excel.

Note: This functionality works under the Requested, Active or Archived training tabs. 

 

Added: Save As Draft for Enterprise Positions

When creating a new Position under Enterprise Structure, we've added a new Save As Draft button to allow users to save the work and review it as needed.

This new button is located at the bottom of the screen.

Added: 5-Point Scale for Bulk Import 

Admins on an Enterprise where the 5-point scale has been enabled will now have the ability to bulk import in the following areas:

Enterprise Structure > More Actions > Import Positions > Download Template

Improved: Added 'As Soon As Possible' Start Date for "Contract" or "Volunteer."

Regardless of the Job Type selected under Job Details for a Job, 'As soon as possible' appears as an option for Job Start Date.

This appears under "Where & When"

Bugs 

Fixed: SSO Activation Indication 

Due to the previous SSO activation workflow, users were showing as "Not activated" even after being on the platform.

The following functionality is now available for Owners of an environment. 

Under Settings > Email Notifications, we've added email templates under the following categories.

  • User Accounts
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Training & Development

It is now possible to modify or add the following:

  1. Subject Line
  2. Update Header Logo

Added: Request Mentorship From Career Path 

Users can now request a mentorship after building a Career Path. This functionality can be accessed by selecting the Requestion Mentorship option from the Career Path Actions tab.

Added: Expand External Match Locations

For environments where External Job Matches have been enabled, Owners can now control the following as it relates to locations. 

Advanced Settings > Employees.

This can be located under Job Opportunity External Match Settings and includes

  • Show external match within the city located only
  • Show external match within the province or state located only
  • Show external match within the country located only

Improved: Profile Edit Flow

When editing the Skills, Work Experience, Education, Credentials or Hobbies section of a profile, you will be taken to that dedication section without having to skip across the original profile creation workflow to save.

Improved: Skill Assessment User Experience

When a Manager+ finishes their Manager Assessment by selecting "Save Assessment" or "Cancel," they will now return to the "Assessment" tab and not "Self Assessment."

The action button for Manager Assessment has been changed from "SAVE ASSESSMENT" to "Save" and "CANCEL" to "Cancel."
