New Features

Added: Hide Language Preference 

Owners of an environment can now control the Language Preference for an entire environment.

Step 1: Advanced Setting > General Settings

Step 2: Under 'Display Language Preference, ' select the edit icon followed by Disabled.

All display language preference settings under Worker's Account Setting will not be editable.

Improvements 

Improved: Career path | Change status (Worker)

The following applies when the "Allow employees to edit their skills" setting has been Disabled.

From the Worker View in Career Path, they can change a course to complete, leave feedback and rate the course but cannot view or rate their skills proficiency.

Improved: Show Matching Data Message

When adding skills to a profile or viewing jobs, users will receive a message articulating how matches are determined. 

Improved: Allow Simple Studies 

If enabled by a SkyHive employee, only 'Institution' will be required to enter under Education under their Skills Profile.

This means users could leave the following blank:

• Area of Study
• Credential Awarded
• Start/End Date

Bug

Fixed: Improve Header Logo Quality 

When the Enterprise header logo was updated, the image was compressed and reduced quality.

The logo quality should not lose quality after the upload.

New Features

Added: Mentorship Approval Only 

If the option of Approval of Mentorship to Mentor Only has been enabled under Settings in Training and Development, mentorship requests will only go to the requested mentor.

This means no Admin/Manager intervention is required to approve the mentorship.

Added: Information Icon | Enterprise Structure 

When creating a new position or editing an existing one, an information icon has been added to the Position Field under Enterprise Structure.

"Position Name is displayed under the Employee Name."

Added: Mentorship Feedback Displayed 

Mentorship feedback is now displayed under a completed mentorship.

You may now view the comments for completed mentorships under Training & Development > Mentorship.

Added: Pay Range for Compensation

While posting a new job under the Talent Acquisition module, we have introduced the ability to include pay scale information.

This applies to the following Compensation Types:

• Annual Salary 
• Monthly 
• Weekly 
• Fixed 

Note: If a location is selected for a specific job posting, SkyHive will now suggest a Recommended Minimum and Recommended Maximum based on labor market data. (Available only for the US only)

• Recommended Minimum: Based on labor market data for job title and location.
• Recommended Maximum: Based on labor market data for job title and location.

Improvements 

Improved: New Training & Development Messages Displayed 

We now display messages in the following areas.

When the profile is newly created

If a user has just created their profile and no training has been assigned, the following message will appear: "All your trainings will appear here"

When the Employee+ searches the training based on the status filter

If a user searches for training and no results are found, the following message will appear: "We could not find any courses. Try a different search."
