New Features
Added: 5-Point Scale of Skills
SkyHive has introduced a 5-point proficiency scale so it can mimic the same system of skills as part of other HCM applications.
The new 5-point proficiency scale utilizes our same matching technology to offer skills-based training recommendations and support employee career pathing.
Important Note: You are not required to switch from the 3-point scale to the 5-point scale as this is part of HCM integrations.
Added: Editing Email Addresses
Once enabled, Admins can edit employee email addresses.
- Select Employee Profile
- Select Edit
- Enter the new email address and confirm
- Save
Added: Page Selection Field (Course Catalog)
Under Course Catalog, users can more easily navigate through a large number of courses by changing the number of courses shown per page.

Improved: Pre-Fill Skills (Find Training)
Under Match to Position > Find Training, the missing skills will now be prefilled on the Find Training page so users can easily locate training courses to address their gaps.

New Features
Added: Archive Column for Completed Training Courses and Mentorships
When a user dismisses a training course or mentorship, they will now appear in a new tab called, Archive.
Added: Navigation Menu User Preference Settings
Under Profile Settings, users can now select and change the default menu behaviour when switching menu items.

The Training & Development section tabs have been removed and relocated to new sub-menu-items under the Training & Development option on the left-hand navigation menu.

Improved: Train Missing Skills Separate Page
When a user selects Train Missing Skills from a Job Opportunity, the Find Training feature will now open as a separate page, making it easier to navigate back.
Improved: Profile Creation Process Reduced to 5 Steps
After a user activates their profile and set a password, the first screen I see will now be the Resume Extraction step.
The user can still update information by selecting Edit from within their profile.
