In specific scenarios, you may have External Job Matches enabled that allows employees to view job opportunities outside of your organization.
The External Matches tab can be viewed under any employee profile.
This tab displays Jobs collected from public job boards and aggregators (external to the organization), sorted by the employee’s Total Match to the Jobs.
From the three-dot menu to the far right of an External Match, the following options will appear for the employee:
- Add to Bookmarks: Bookmarking Jobs gives you the ability to save job opportunities so you can review, compare and add them to build a career path or to train missing skills at a later time.
- Build Career Path: This will allow you to Build a Career Path towards the desired role while filling any gaps that will increase your Skills Match.
- Training Missing Skills: As opposed to building a Career Path, this will search for the best-suited course that covers many of the missing skills required to become a stronger match.
- Add Skills to Profile: This allows you to add skills that you already possess that will increase your Skills Match to the job.
- Learn More: This will take you directly to the external job posting.
By selecting the job title, a more detailed breakdown will be displayed.
