Improvements

Improved: Employee Skills Labels

Employee search results on the Training Assignment page now have clearer skill status labels.

Simply expand a search result to view the following:

  • If an employee shares defined skills with a matched position, these skills will be listed under the “Shared Skills from Position” label.
  • Any skills that the employee lacks for the position are listed under the “Missing Skills from Position” label.
  • Skills that the employee is currently training for are listed under the “Skills in Training” label.

If an entry has a gray arrow, it will expand to reveal the message: “Employee is not attached to

an Enterprise position or has no skills in training.”
