Switching to Employee View

The "Switch View" button will display the user's role, ensuring a personalized experience.

For example:

  • Users with the "HR Admin" role will see "Switch to HR Admin View."
  • Users with the "Owner" role will see "Switch to Owner View."
  • Users with the "Manager" role will see "Switch to Manager View."

Step 1: Click "Switch to _ View" at the bottom end of your menu bar

Manager View 

Switching to Manager will give you visibility into employees who directly report to you under the Employees > My Team. You can view their profiles by clicking on their names.

Note: You can view all company employees under the Active Employees tab if you have an Administrator user status. 

Under Training & Development, you can view your direct reports' requests for training and career progression.

Employee View

Switching to Employee will allow you to focus on your career progression by requesting training and career paths and viewing internal job opportunities.
