Employee Analytics
SkyHive provides an easy way to view aggregated analytics of your current employees in your Employees module.
Step 1: To access analytics, go to your Active Employees page then click Analytics.
Step 2: From here, you can view real-time analytics of your existing employees, including:
SHARED SKILLS: Skills most commonly held by employees in the organization
Click the expansion icon to expand any chart.
To download the list to Excel once expanded, select the Download to Excel option.
Note: The screenshot below demonstrates what is featured in the downloaded Excel file.
By clicking on any of the analytics such as proficiency level, skill or department, you will be able to see the specific employees who belong to that category.
To go back to the Analytics view, simply click on Back to Analytics.
POSITIONS: Positions with the most headcount within your company (These are defined within your Enterprise Structure so this section will appear blank if you haven’t added any there)
JOB MATCHES: Internal and external job matches over the past 30 days

DEPARTMENTS: Departments with the most headcount within your company
SKILLS TO TRAIN: Most common skills in which employees do not have the proficiency
required by their position (This is defined under Enterprise Structure > Positions)
EXPERIENCE: Most common roles held previously by your employees
EDUCATION: Most common educational background of your employees
Note: Select the Expand icon in the top right of each section to see an expanded view or select the actual titles of Department, Experience or Education to see which employees fit into those categories |
LOCATION: Geographical locations where most employees are based in
Note: Click on a specific office location to see which employees are attached to it. |
PROFILE CREATION: Highlights the completed and incomplete employee profiles that have been implemented. The criteria to determine whether an employee profile is complete or incomplete is determined based on the 'Minimum Number of Profile Skills'.
Note: Click on the Green Completed Profiles portion of the Pie Chart to see who has successfully completed their profile. Click on the Red Incomplete Profile portion to see who hasn’t activated their profile, but hasn’t met the Minimum Number of Profile Skills. |
Exporting Incomplete Profile Users
Step 1: Select the number of Incomplete Profiles by clicking on the number or the Red Incomplete Profile portion.
Step 2: Next, check off the box at the very top of the users.
Step 3: From the ACTIONS dropdown, select Download to Excel.
