The SkyHive Help Center is where you will find articles and guides on how to set up your account, navigate the platform, and fully utilize the features.
Accessing the Help Center
You can access the Help Center anytime by selecting the Help Center icon from the top-right corner of any page.
The search field will allow you to locate any content that matches your original inquiry.
- SkyHive Toolkit is where you can locate step-by-step articles under the Employee and Administrator Guides, Product Updates and our entire Video Library of content.
- Recent Activity will provide the most recently published articles or updates from our Customer Community.
- The arrow will move you back up to the top of the page.
- Available languages for Help Center translation.
Submitting a Ticket
To submit a support request, click Submit a request in the top-right corner of the Help Center.
Alternatively, you can click the Support button on the bottom right to type in some keywords and see if any articles are available to assist you or to submit a request.
