Match to Position

SkyHive provides a framework for organizations to define skills requirements for key roles based on the existing job definition with the option of labor market skills to ensure talent competitiveness. Once an HR administrator defines roles,  SkyHive analyzes how well employees match the predetermined role definition.

Note: This setting must be enabled, and/or an employee's role must be defined in Enterprise Structure for Match to Position to appear

This allows employees to see Shared Skills - skills they already have for their roles as defined by their organization, and Skills to Train - skill gaps to be trained to fulfill the role's requirements.

Partial Skills are skills that an individual receives partial credit. In this case, the individual has partial credit because the proficiency level required for the skill is Intermediate. In contrast, the organization requires this skill to be at an Experienced level of proficiency.
