The Labor Market Overview module provides real-time analytics and insights about Worker Profiles and Jobs Posted within a region. This article will walk you through what each metric and chart entails.
Country, State, City: From the dropdowns, select the particular country, state and city you wish to search across.
The state/province name is shown in square brackets next to the city name, e.g. The city name will be displayed as-is if there is no associated state/province for a city. Cities are now ordered alphabetically for more straightforward navigation.
Filtering Example
Worker Profiles/Job Posted: Two default key metrics exist. The time-series line graph underneath would change accordingly by clicking on each metric. You can choose between WEEK, MONTH, QUARTER, and YEAR to view the selected metric for different periods. (It defaults by YEAR)
Worker Profiles: The number of job seeker profiles identified in this region over the past 7 calendar days.
This number reflected is based on individuals who have indicated that they are ‘Open for Work’ or based on their behaviour such as uploading a resume or editing pertinent details.
Jobs Posted: The number of new jobs added in this region over the past 7 calendar days.
The number reflected is based on companies who have posted for roles on job sites.
The GEOGRAPHY chart displays the geographical concentration of Worker Profiles. You can toggle between High to Low and Low to High to rank order the locations.

The POSITIONS chart indicates the most prevalent jobs held by most individuals in the region or the most prevalent jobs posted in the region. (This depends on your selection at the top)
Top jobs currently or recently held by individuals in the region in the past 12 months.
Jobs with the highest vacancies in the region in the last 12 months.
How Can I Use This Information?
This allows users and Admins to identify high-level labor market information within a geographic region. Cities with a high concentration of the job market can be seen, and the most relevant workers within geography can be identified. Furthermore, time trends allow users to understand the health and size of the labor market.
