Average Skill Match to Position

SkyHive provides a framework for organizations to define skills requirements for key roles based on the existing job definition with the option of labor market skills to ensure talent competitiveness.

Once roles are defined, SkyHive provides real-time analytics on how well the positions match the predetermined role definition. It allows companies to assign targeted training to bridge any skills gaps identified and measure their progress to reach the desired level of the employee-role match in real time.

Step 1: Click Enterprise Structure on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner, then select Enterprise Structure.

Step 2: Under the POSITIONS tab, you can add a new position or view/edit an existing position to define the skills and capabilities required for this particular role.

  • Find Relevant Training: This allows you to locate courses that will specifically target their Skills to Train
  • Assign Mentorship: This will pair the employee with mentors who can exchange the knowledge to obtain the Skills to Train
  • Source Similar Talent: This allows you to source qualified candidates (both internally and externally) directly
  • Add Skills to Profile: If the employee already has some or all of the missing skills, you can add them manually to their profile.
