Assign Training or Mentorship

On SkyHive' Platform, you can create peer mentorships from the Mentorship module and assign training to employees from the Training module. A useful shortcut to assign training or mentorship is from your Employees page.

Step 1: Click Employees on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Employees.

Step 2: Click the three-dotted menu icon of the employee you'd like to train, then choose to Assign Training or Assign Mentorship.

Step 3: You will then be redirected to the Training or Mentorship module to complete the assignment.
