To remove an employee from your organization's SkyHive account:
Step 1: Click Employees on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Employees.
Step 2: Click the three-dotted menu icon of the employee you'd like to remove, then click Archive.
Step 3: Select the Revoke Access Date then click ARCHIVE.
Step 4:This employee will then be removed from the Active Employees list and added to the Archived Employees list.
Step 5: From there, you can click the three-dotted menu icon to re-activate or permanently delete the archived employee.
Note: If an employee attempts to log in after being archived, the following message will be displayed.
