Skills Matching is a fundamental part of the platform that connects employees to training, job offers, mentorship opportunities, workforce plans, etc.
Minimum Match is a function that allows the Owner of your enterprise platform to customize how strictly matching happens on the platform.
To view and set your Minimum Matching thresholds:
Step 1: Click Settings on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Settings.
Step 2: Under ENTERPRISE PROFILE, select Training & Development from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: The following match thresholds will be available for your to view and revise:
- Minimum Training Match: The minimum skills match percentage for training content to show up when searching for training opportunities based on skills. If the minimum percentage is lowered, more results will show up when searching for training.
- Minimum Mentorship Match: The minimum skills match percentage for mentors to show up when searching for mentors based on skills. If the minimum percentage is lowered, more results will show up when searching for mentors.
Step 4: To edit the Minimum Training Match, click on the blue pencil icon, then adjust the slider. Once completed, select Save to update changes.
Note: When a change is made, the associated skills match results will be changed immediately.
