Find a Job
Step 1: Click Talent Acquisition on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Talent Acquisition.
Step 2: You can find an existing job position under My Jobs or Active Jobs in the list provided by searching for its name or by filtering by Office/Location, Department Job Status, and/or creation date.
Note: The most recent job posting will appear at the top.
Edit a Job
Step 1: Click Talent Acquisition on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Talent Acquisition.
Step 2: Click the three-dotted menu icon of the Job Offer you'd like to edit, then click Edit.
Step 3: You can then adjust the job details, skills and tools, job description, location and start date, and compensation information.
Step 4: Once editing your Job Offer, select PUBLISH OFFER at the bottom of the Review step.
Your edits are now published, and the updated Job Offer is visible to all candidates on SkyHive.
Temporarily Disable or Pause a Job
Step 1: Click Talent Acquisition on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Talent Acquisition.
Step 2: Click the three-dotted menu icon of the Job Offer you'd like to cancel, then click Change status to On Hold.
Your Job Offer is now temporarily disabled and won't be visible to any candidates on SkyHive.
To reactivate this Job Offer, select it from the left-hand menu and choose Change Status to Published from the Actions dropdown.
Duplicate a Job
Step 1: Click Talent Acquisition on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Talent Acquisition.
Step 2: Click the three-dotted menu icon of the Job Offer you would like to duplicate, then click Create Duplicate.
Step 3: Now, you have a new Job Offer that's precisely the same as the one you duplicated. You can adjust the job details, skills and tools, job description, location and start date, and compensation information.
Step 4: Once you finish editing your new Job Offer, click PUBLISH OFFER at the bottom of the last Review step.
Your new Job Offer is now in draft and ready to be modified.
