To search for a skill set within your organization:
Step 1: Click Skill Blueprint on the left menu bar. If you don't see a menu bar, click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner, then select Skillset Search.
Step 2: Select NEW SKILL BLUEPRINT or click the drop-down menu for Skill Blueprints that have already been created.
Note: If there are no Skill Blueprints in the drop-down menu, your organization has not created a Skill Blueprint yet.
Step 3: Choose a Name for your Skill Blueprint and add a Description
Step 4: Add the skills you want to include in your Skill Blueprint. These skills will be used to search your workforce; the more skills you add, the narrow your search will be.
Click SAVE when you are finished adding skills.
Step 5: Under Blueprint Selection, select the Skill Blueprint followed by Start Comparison.
Step 6: Your newly generated Skill Blueprint searches against your workforce, ranking employees based on skill relevance.
You can refine your search using the filters provided or select the Blue Arrow next to an employee’s name for more details.
You can revise your skills anytime by navigating to Skill Blueprints.
