Change or Reset My Password

There are a few methods to reset your password. 

Option 1: 

Step 1: Visit the https://enterprise.skyhive.io login screen and select “Reset Password” at the bottom. Enter your email and then select Submit. 

Option 2: 

Step 1: Navigate to your Profile by clicking the drop-down profile menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Click SETTINGS at the top-right corner.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and select Password Reset. Next, select Request Password Request.

Step 4: Once confirmed, you will receive a password reset email at the email address associated with your account. Check your spam folder if you don't receive an email within 15 minutes.

Step 5: If you don't receive a password reset email or encounter any other problems with the process, please contact your HR admin or email [e-mail].
