Match Scores

SkyHive provides a pair of percentage match scores for each candidate: Total and Skill Match scores.

• The Total Match score also incorporates non-skill factors such as relevant experience, job type, location and compensation preference. A detailed breakdown is provided in the expanded candidate card.
• The Skill Match score is calculated purely based on how well an individual's skills match the job requirements.
