Job Statuses

To change a Job Offer's status, click the three-dotted menu icon of the Job Offer:

There are four different job statuses for Job Offers on SkyHive:

• Draft: jobs that are saved but not yet published; these jobs aren't visible to candidates 
• Published: jobs that have all the required information completed and published; these jobs are visible to all candidates
  • You can change a Published job to On Hold or Cancelled
• On Hold: active jobs that have been paused; these jobs aren't visible to candidates
  • You can change an On Hold job to Published or Cancelled
• Cancelled: jobs that are removed  will no longer be used; these jobs aren't visible to candidates
  • Cancelled jobs can be Archived, which will move them under the ARCHIVED JOBS:
