Activating via Email

Step 1: To activate your account, please search for the email ‘Activate your SkyHive Account’ from [e-mail].  

Search your inbox and spam folder for the above subject line or email address. If you still can't find an activation email, contact an Admin within your organization or reach out to [e-mail] 

Step 2: Click the ‘Activate Profile’ button within the email to access the SkyHive platform.  

Note: Use Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge for the best experience. 

Step 3: Once you have activated your account, we recommend bookmarking the SkyHive login page for easy access in the future.

Activating via Single Sign-On

If Single Sign-On has been enabled on your Enterprise, you can access SkyHive with your company credentials. 

Step 1: Visit the website address of https://enterprise.skyhive.io/ (We suggest bookmarking this)

Step 2: Select the SIGN IN WITH SSO Button. (Ignore the Email and Password fields)

Step 3: Enter your company email address in the text field below and select LOG IN.
