Find Recommended Training

The Find Recommended Training feature helps you discover relevant courses based on your skill gaps. This article explains how to use this feature across different platform areas.

How It Works

When you access Find Recommended Training, you'll be guided through a three-step process:

1. View your skill gaps

2. Select up to three skills you want to develop

3. Browse recommended courses that match your selected skills

Note: You may only select a maximum of 3 skills

You can access Find Recommended Training from multiple locations:

As an Employee

• Career Path (V1 and V2)

• Job Opportunities section

• Your Profile

• Skills Gap Analysis

As a Manager

• Employee Profiles

• Workforce Planning

• Talent Acquisition

• Skill Blueprint

• Enterprise Structure

Important Notes

• Training recommendations are personalized based on your current skill levels

• You can select up to three skills at a time to focus your learning

• Course availability may vary based on your organization's training catalog

• The feature works with all Training Approval settings in your organization
