We're introducing a new enterprise-level setting that makes the hiring manager field optional when creating and publishing job requisitions. This provides greater flexibility for organizations that manage job postings through both standard talent acquisition processes and integrations.

We have fixed an issue where Owner users could not remove skills from legacy positions in the Enterprise Structure.

Previously, Owners could only modify proficiency ratings or add new skills. This update restores full skill management capabilities for Owner users while maintaining appropriate permission restrictions when "Allow managers to manage employee skills" setting is enabled.
