Match and Candidate Profile Options

The profile section provides an overview of additional roles that may be a good fit for the candidate based on their skills and experience. This lets you quickly identify other relevant opportunities to discuss with the candidate.

Profile:  

Internal 

Our platform provides access to comprehensive candidate information to help you make informed hiring decisions. For each candidate, you can view:

• Email address and location
• Percentage match to the role
• Full list of skills and proficiencies
• Detailed work experience with descriptions of roles and responsibilities
• Educational background

External 

The external candidate profile provides a comprehensive overview of the individual's qualifications and background. You may also view their direct profile. 

Notes:

The Notes feature allows Administrators to add internal comments and annotations to individual user profiles. These notes are confidential and can only be viewed by other Administrators on the platform.

Application:

The Application feature provides visibility into a candidate's apply history across all open positions in your organization. For both internal and external candidates, you can quickly see if they have submitted applications to other job openings.

Job Matches: 

The Job Matches feature allows you to explore other open positions that may be a good fit for a candidate based on their skills and experience.
