We've updated the Talent Acquisition (Talent Matching) Module with a fresh new user interface and some additional features to help streamline your hiring process. Here's what's new:
Feature Flag
The new Talent Acquisition Module UI is hidden behind a feature flag called "Talent Acquisition V2". When enabled, you will see the updated interface across all tabs within the module.
All Active Jobs, My Team, and Archived Jobs Tabs

The table functionality remains largely the same, including three-dot actions, bulk actions, sorting, tooltips, and existing filtering options.

A new "Management Level" filter has been added to help narrow down job listings by seniority.

Pagination has been improved for better navigation through large job lists.

Empty states have been designed to provide guidance when no jobs are available.
Job Creation and Editing

The job creation and editing flow remains the same, with HR Department Admins and above the ability to create and import new jobs.

Hiring Managers and Recruiters will maintain their existing permissions for job editing and viewing.
Job Details Page

The job details page header has been updated to match the new UI.

When a management level is provided during job creation, it will now be displayed on the job details page.
Job Opportunities for Worker Profiles
The Job Opportunities section on worker profiles has been updated with the new UI for both Internal and External matches.

Tables now support improved pagination for easier navigation.

Existing sorting and filtering options are maintained, with the addition of the new "Management Level" filter.

Empty states are provided when no matching jobs are found.
