Country Filter for Job Requisitions and Candidates

Overview

We are introducing a new "Country" filter to help users narrow down job requisitions, matches, applicants, and candidates based on their associated country.

This feature will be available in our regular Talent Acquisition (TA) flow and the new TA integration mode.

Key Features

• The Country filter will be added next to the existing Location filter, as they are closely related

• Users can select from a list of countries to filter job requisitions and candidates

• The filter will be available in the following areas:

• My Jobs, Active Jobs, and Archived Jobs tabs

• Individual Job Requisition pages (Internal Matches, Applicants, and Candidates tabs)

• Employee View Job Opportunities Internal Matches

Implementation Details

Filter Functionality

• For internal matches, the filter will use the country of the location (office) they are attached to

• For external matches, the filter will use the country specified in the external match profile

• The Country filter will be a multi-select dropdown limited to 20 options

API Updates

• The Country parameter will be added as an optional input for Job Requisition and Candidate APIs

• This change will be implemented for TA V1 and TA V2 to ensure future integration compatibility.

Getting Started

Once the Country filter is available, users can select the desired countries from the dropdown menu to filter job requisitions and candidates. The filter will be accessible in the aforementioned areas of the platform.
