Improved: Japanese & Korean Localization | Date Formats for Excel files

We have updated the date format across the platform for export and import functionality to ensure consistency and alignment with the user's chosen locale. This enhancement aims to provide a more intuitive and localized experience for our users, particularly those in Japan and Korea.
Key improvements

The date format for export and import functionality now adapts to the user's selected locale under profile settings.

For Japanese and Korean users, the date format for export and import functionality has been updated to YYYY-MM-DD to match their regional standards.

Import templates have been revised to reflect the appropriate date format for Japanese and Korean locales.

Course import/export date format inconsistencies have been resolved, ensuring a uniform MM-DD-YYYY format across the platform.

Added: New Recruiter User Type
We are excited to announce the release of a new user type explicitly designed for recruiters. This addition will streamline the recruitment process and provide recruiters with the tools they need to manage job postings and candidates effectively.
Key Features
Recruiter User Type Creation

The recruiter role is activated when the Integration Mode setting is enabled for the enterprise.

Recruiters can be added through the new employee creation flow or imported using the import new employee flow.

Existing employees' user types can be changed to "Recruiter" through the employee module or the employee profile.
Recruiter Permissions

Recruiters have full access to the LMI (Labor Market Information) module, with all existing settings working properly for this new user type.

In the Talent Acquisition module, recruiters can view and manage job postings assigned to them in the "My Jobs" tab.

Recruiters can view all published and on-hold jobs in the "Active Jobs" tab but cannot perform bulk actions or edit job details.

Recruiters can create new job offers and assign other users as recruiters if they have the "Assigned users" permission enabled.
User Interface Enhancements

The training section in the position comparison view is hidden for recruiters.

Recruiters have their employee view, with the "Switch To Manager View" button replaced by "Switch to Recruiter View."
This new recruiter user type will help organizations better manage their recruitment processes and improve collaboration between hiring managers and recruiters.
Added: EdCast Integration for Training Recommendations
We're excited to announce a new integration with EdCast that will enhance employee training recommendations within the SkyHive platform. This integration is designed to provide users a seamless experience accessing relevant training content from EdCast directly through SkyHive.
Key Features:

Find Training Redirection: When the EdCast Integration Setting is enabled, clicking on the "Find Training" button in various areas of the SkyHive platform will redirect users to the corresponding EdCast service, filtered by the selected skills.

Skill-based Training Recommendations: Users can access training recommendations based on specific skills from their profile, career paths, job opportunities, and more. The integration ensures that the most relevant courses from EdCast are presented to the user.

Bulk Training Search: Users can select up to three skills at once to find training recommendations. If more than three skills are selected, a pop-up message will inform the user that only the first three skills will be used for the search.
Getting Started:
- A SkyHive Administrator must navigate to Advanced Settings - T&D and enable the "EdCast Integration Setting."

Profile V2, Training V2, and Career Path V2 must be enabled to utilize the integration fully.

Start exploring training recommendations by clicking on the "Find Training" button in various areas of the SkyHive platform.

Enabling Chinese Language Support
To enable Chinese for your organization, navigate to the following settings:

Manager View: Settings Enterprise Profile General Settings Default Display Language

Worker View: Profile Settings Account Settings Language Preferences Display Language
Select "Chinese (Simplified)" or "Chinese (Traditional)" from the dropdown menu, and the entire platform will update to your chosen language.
Added: Talent Matching Enhancements | New Settings and Improved Candidate Flow
We're excited to announce several enhancements to our Talent Matching functionality that will streamline your hiring process and provide more control over candidate management.
New Advanced Settings
Integration Mode
- Enable Integration Mode to activate the recruiter role and display the Talent Matching module to Managers and recruiters. Users can view and track information and skill matches for external candidates from integrated ATS systems when enabled.
Trigger Notifications to Applicants
- Control whether actions in the Applicants and Candidates tables send notifications to users. This setting is only available when Integration Mode is enabled.
Talent Matching Permissions
- Customize access to the Job Details, Internal Matches, Applicants, and Candidates sections for Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
