We have introduced a new way to show the trend for emerging and disappearing skills under LMI Position Supply/Demand. This feature is hidden behind a Feature Flag.

Overview 

Under Position Supply/Demand, enter the position for which you wish to receive insights. 

Scroll down to the Skill Landscape section.

You can view the top five skills under:

• Top Emerging
• Top Constant Skills 
• Top Disappearing

These skills are broken into the following three categories

• Technical 
• Functional 
• Soft

Note: We won't show a skill trend in the table if a skill trend doesn't exist.

You can select "View More" for the list of more than five skills. 

How Does SkyHive Determine Top Skill Trends By Category?

SkyHive aggregates millions of real-time labor market movements and analyzes the trends in skills emerging/constant/disappearing within the context of roles, industries or sectors.
