Added: LMI Skill Trends with Category

We have introduced a new way to show the trend for emerging and disappearing skills under LMI Position Supply/Demand.

Here's what's new:

• This feature is hidden behind a Feature Flag titled LMISkillTrendV2.

• You can now select between Emerging, Constant, and Disappearing tabs to see the top 5 skills for each category.

• If there are more than 5, click "View more" to see the complete list.

• These skills are broken into the following three categories

  • Technical 
  • Functional 
  • Soft 

• If a skill trend doesn't exist, we won't show it in the table.

Skill Specialization | Training Workflow 2.0

With the release of our latest update, which brings all existing training modules to a new UI and flow.  We've hidden this feature behind an Advanced Setting to ensure a seamless transition. Without this feature enabled, the old design will be displayed.

Note: Training & Development Module and Skill Specialization must be enabled as a precondition.

Job Architecture | Data Migration

We have introduced a script allowing you to copy old positions from your Enterprise to new job definition objects.

To make this process smoother, we've added a new 'Type' called 'Positions' for all tenants. This will be available as employee positions and set as the default Job Definition Type. The configuration includes job code, description section, skills section, labor market title input, alternate name, and more.

Once the feature flag is activated, the type will be visible and editable.

Accessibility | Label/Fix Nested Controls

We've improved the accessibility of our product by ensuring that nested controls within the collapsed state have clear labels and can be easily focused on. This means that all users, including those relying on assistive technologies, can easily navigate our product.

Departments | Improved Logic

To help manage growing organizations, we have improved the Departments module. The new DepartmentV2 feature includes improved pagination and a loading animation. The department list is now sorted by name, searchable, and shows up to 20 employees. Inactive departments remain unchanged and only inactive departments can be deleted. These improvements will make it easier for HR Admin+ users to manage departments and improve enterprise performance.
