Configuring Preselect Skills Level Settings
Step 1: Update General Settings
Navigate to Settings General Settings Preselect Skills Level.
Note: This can only be completed by a user type of Owner or a SkyHive Administrator
Step 2: Choose from the Options
Select from the following options in the dropdown menu:
- Disabled (by default)
- AI-extracted levels
- Set all skills to beginner
- AI-Powered Skill Assessments
Step 3: Understanding Functionalities
When the setting is enabled:

If "AI extracted levels" is selected, the functionality should remain the same as the current ON setting.

If "Set all skills to beginner" is selected, during the extraction of skills, all skills will be preselected and set to beginner level.

Important Notes
- AI assessments are only provided for skills with sufficient supporting data.
- The "Re-run AI assessment" option is available to HR Admins and above.
- Employee self-assessments can coexist with AI assessments, offering multiple perspectives.
