As an HR Department Admin+, you may want to export job definitions within your organization for record-keeping purposes. Follow these steps to do so:

Enable the export functionality: Ensure that the export functionality is enabled. (Check with a SkyHive Administrator or send an email to support@skyhive.io)

Choose download type: Decide whether you want a bulk or single download for child and parent job definitions (JDs). For a bulk download, use checkboxes to select multiple JDs and choose "Download to Excel" as the bulk action.

Download Excel File: The downloaded file will be in Excel format, with the file name format as .xlsx. It will include:

- 
Job Definition Type 
- 
Status 
- 
Department 
- 
Job Definition Alternate Names 
- 
Required Skills 
- 
Job Code 
- 
Reference ID 
-
