Export Job Definitions

As an HR Department Admin+, you may want to export job definitions within your organization for record-keeping purposes. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Enable the export functionality: Ensure that the export functionality is enabled. (Check with a SkyHive Administrator or send an email to support@skyhive.io) 

  2. Choose download type: Decide whether you want a bulk or single download for child and parent job definitions (JDs).

  3. Download Excel File: The downloaded file will be in Excel format, with the file name format as .xlsx. It will include: 

    • Job Definition Name

    • Job Definition Type

    • Status

    • Department

    • Job Definition Alternate Names

    • Required Skills

    • Job Code

    • Reference ID

    • Parent Job Definition Reference ID

    • Child Job Definitions
