Job Architecture | Linked Job Definitions logic improvements

We have made some important updates to our Job Definition feature to improve the accuracy of enterprise structure information. Previously, when a Parent type was deactivated, and Job Definitions were transferred to a new one, there was misinformation about the parent type in the Enterprise Structure.

Job Architecture | Add to Job Definitions for Employee page logic improvements

The improved Job Architecture logic is available in both Profile V1 and Profile V2. Additionally, we have made it easier for Admins to assign positions to your employees.

Design | Updated background color for pages of Manager, Employee and Analyst views

We've noticed that some pages have a mix of white and grey backgrounds, which can confuse users. This update aligns all pages with a consistent background, creating a more cohesive and user-friendly experience. This change will ensure our product is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

LMI | Changed the label for the state dropdown

Within our Labor Market Intelligence module, "State will now change to "Province" within the label dropdown.

To better serve our international clients, we have implemented a feature that allows us to adjust names for our Asian clients.

The full name format in Japanese or Korean starts with the family name followed by the given name and we wanted to accommodate that formatting.

We have enhanced our date formatting capabilities to ensure that all date formats are now compatible with supported locations.

All the dates across the platform will now depend on the chosen geography by the use. For our Korean and Japanese clients, dates will now be by default set to YYYY-MM-DD.

We have updated our location and address formats to better serve our Asian clients.

For Japanese and Korean locations, address formatting will be tailoured to the corresponding geography region. This will ensure accuracy and clarity.

For Japanese clients:

  1. 郵便番号:Postal Code
  2. 都道府県:Province
  3. 市区町村:City
  4. 番地:Street NAME and NUMBER.
  5. 建物名・部屋番号:Room or building NAME and NUMBER.

For Korean clients:

      1. Country
      2. State
      3. City
      4. Street
      5. Postal Code
      6. This is in addition to specific levels of municipalities/regions that will also appear

The Career Blueprint module can now be hidden.

To access, go to: Enterprise settings > Advanced settings > T&D

You will have the option to enable or disable the module.

Note: Contact a SkyHive Administrator to enable this setting.

Employee export files have been increased to 100,000 records per file.

This will accommodate larger enterprises so they can view their employee reports in one file.

We've fixed our Manager assessment "pending" skills feature so managers can "Unendorse" skills.

When a manager puts a skill assessment to the pending status, the endorsed skills selected will be removed from the manager assessment.

To workflow to unendorse a skills: Manager view > Employee module > Selected employee > Assess Skill > Set the assessed skills back to Pending.
