Insights

• Total Job Definition Types: Displays the count of the job definition types configured for the Enterprise in the Advanced Setting.
• Total Job Definitions: Displays the total count of job definitions. 
• Active Job Definitions: Displays the count of active job definitions. 

It is also categorized by Job family group, job family job profile, Position, and Job definition skills count.

As organizations shift from job-based to skill-based, keeping track of the skills required for each job becomes essential. This helps identify job descriptions that lack the necessary skills.

Job Definition Watchlist 

The labor market is constantly evolving, and it's important to ensure your job definitions remain relevant. With the new Watchlist Skill Relevance Alert, you'll be notified when a job definition in your watchlist falls below a specified skill relevance threshold. This feature helps you stay proactive in maintaining an up-to-date talent architecture.

How the Alert Works

1. Weekly Skill Relevance Check: The system checks the skill relevance of job definitions in your watchlist.
2. Notification Trigger: If a job definition's skill relevance falls below 20%, an email notification is sent to the responsible users.
3. Email Details: The email includes the job definition name and a "View Detail" button linking to the Job Definition Detail page in SkyHive Enterprise.

Customizable Settings

• Notification Frequency: Admins can adjust how often the skill relevance checks occur in the settings.
• Opt-Out Option: Email notifications can be turned off entirely if desired.
• Email Customization: The email subject and content can be tailored to your organization's preferences.

By leveraging the Watchlist Skill Relevance Alert, you can ensure your job definitions remain aligned with the current labor market demands. This proactive approach helps maintain your organization's robust and relevant talent architecture.
