We've made some minor improvements and fixes to our LMI timeframe calculations. 

Beta Functionality

We're making UI changes to the Training module, now under the "Skills Development" section.

This includes an easier and more fluid user experience, such as:

1. The Training & Development section is now called "Skills Development"."

2. Upon clicking "Training", users will be taken to their personal training detail page.

3. A new and improved search page when a user clicks the "find training" button.

4. The ability to search skills and and select from a recommended list.

5. An updated "Empty State" if no trainings can be found.

We've added the ability to export any job definition within an organization in bulk or single downloads.

This exists in the Talent Architecture module.

The excel file will include:

1. Job Definition Name
2. Job Definition Type
3. Status
4. Department
5. Job Definition Alternate Names
6. Required Skills
7. Job Code
8. Reference ID
9. Parent Job Definition Reference ID
10. Child Job Definitions

We will now hide the “Profile Skills” recommendations block when a user has selected all the possible recommendations, or there are no more suggestions to show.

We've created a setting to Enable or Disable the Training Module. 

When disabled, the Training module and all associated buttons or dropdowns such as "Find Training",  'Train Missing Skills', and 'Find Suggested Training' will hidden across all modules.

Note: You must contact your SkyHive Administrator to disable the Training Module

We've fixed our Job Visibility setting so that matches are shown according to the Internal or External visibility selections.

We've added a page redirect when a user who doesn't have an SSO account tries to sign on using the SSO feature.

The user will be redirected to a page with a message that says "Sign in Unavailable," so they are aware of the situation and can take next steps action to contact their administrator.

We've added a setting to hide the Training module and all the Find Training buttons. 

Note: This is an advanced setting that can only be configured by a SkyHive Administrator. Please let your SkyHive Administer know if you would like to enable this setting.

Beta Functionality

We've revamped the Manager skill assessment workflow. 

This new rendition includes:

1. Easily bulk or single select skills to assess with checkboxes

2. A notification that an assessment has been successfully assessed

3. An area for managers to make comments or leave feedback for specific assessments

We've added a new "Hide Pending Request Table" Setting

This setting, when enabled, will hide the pending request section in the Training Overview

The setting can be found by: Advanced Settings > Training & Development > Training

Note: Please get in touch with your SkyHive administrator to enable this functionality. 

Users can now view and edit Child Job Definitions from a parent job definition detail page.

Now, when a user clicks the Child Job Definition, it now takes them to a subpage to easily view and edit the child relationships of any job definition in Talent Architecture.
