Activating via Email

Step 1: To activate your account, please search for the email ‘Activate your SkyHive Account’ from [e-mail].  

Search your inbox and spam folder for the above subject line or email address. If you still can't find an activation email, contact your Advisor or reach out to [e-mail] 

Step 2: Click the ‘Activate Profile’ button within the email to access the SkyHive platform.  

Note: Use Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge for the best experience. 

Step 3: Once you have activated your account, we recommend bookmarking the SkyHive login page for easy access in the future.

Activating via Single Sign-On

If Single Sign-On has been enabled on your Enterprise, you can access SkyHive with your own company credentials. 

Step 1: Visit the website address of https://enterprise.skyhive.io/ (We suggest bookmarking this)

Step 2: Select the SIGN IN WITH SSO Button. (Ignore the Email and Password fields)

Step 3: Enter your company email address in the text field below and select LOG IN.
