We've brought improved pagination to the Enterprise.
Users can now jump to a specific page. This is especially helpful for large enterprises, as they will no longer need to click through each page individually to reach the 50th, 100th, etc. The double arrows << or >> will take the user to the first and the last page, respectively.
We've removed "Worker Profiles" from the LMI -> Position Supply/Demand Module.
This helps ensure clarity as to where the worker profiles come from. This has been replaced with total supply, the total number of workers available in the labor market.

We've changed the LMI Overview "New Worker Profiles" and "New Jobs Posted" to "Worker Profiles" and "Job Posted".
We've improved our LMI info tips!
Now, users can see the timeframe for each module's data points.
We have made Job Eligibility Settings visible for employee users.
Previously, job eligibility was only visible for manager users and up. To change job eligibility settings, go to Profile Settings -> Job Eligibility
We're removing the 40-skill limit when importing employees.
This is to account for a more dynamic skill extraction model. Now, there's less of an emphasis on hard limit and more of an approach to skill relevancy.
We've updated the Employee data export Excel file to include employee credentials information.
We've created a new setting for employee import permissions.
This setting brings further granularity in the permission control for who can use the Import User function. To access the settings, Advanced Settings -> Employees tab -> Employee Import User Permission Setting.

Beta Functionality Updates
We've improved our subheadings for the Career Path v2.
This allows users to understand what the career pathing tool does more clearly.
We've fixed the Career Path v2 skills matching based on the Setting > Type of assessment used for matching.
Previously, the skills match was only based on self-assessment, but now this has been corrected to match based on whichever assessment match setting is chosen.
We've replaced randomized course recommendations with a simple course search bar to explore new training recommendations for Find Training v2.

We've added a help tip in the Training Module v2 to help users understand the skills covered in a course will be automatically added to their profile.
Note: This affects both employee and manager+ views. Your enterprise must have the Auto-Add Skills setting for this feature. Please contact your SkyHive administrator to ensure this setting is enabled.
If you are an owner, you can turn this setting on through Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Training & Development -> Auto-add skills trained after training completion
We've updated all "Assign/Recommend Training" functions to follow the newest V2 UI design.
Now for any module, when a user goes through the find/recommend training flow, they will be directed to the newest V2 design pages.

We're making some improvements to loading speed for LMI Position Comparison
We've updated the Integration/Recommendation Training Mode to all the other training related modules to stay consistent across the platform
The Integration/Recommendation Training Mode can be turned on via: Advanced Setting > Training > Workflow of Training Approval = Integration/Recommendation Mode. We've now updated all areas of the platform to ensure the language stays consistent with "recommend" trainings.
We've added a Department filter to our Skill Specialization module
We have revamped the Department Import Template by uniting Departments and Manager Spreadsheets.
The template now resembles the following:

- Department Reference ID
- Core skills
- Based on the chosen skill proficiency level
- Core skills (1 = Beginner, 2 = Intermediate, 3 = Experienced)
- Core skills (1 = Beginner, 2 = Intermediate, 3 = Experienced, 4 = Advanced)
- Core skills (1 = Beginner, 2 = Intermediate, 3 = Experienced, 4 = Advanced, 5 = Expert)
- Department Status (Active/Inactive)
We have improved Prices/Currencies/Conversion for Import and Export files.
- Renamed the Min and Max Pay Rates columns under TA Module > More Actions > Import Jobs
- Currency value has been adjusted to display the Enterprise default currency

Beta Functionality Updates
We've Improved the skills search in the Training Module to ensure the searched skill is visible in the recommended training courses.
We've improved the usability and performance for the Training V2 training recommendation results page.
This includes adding an apply button when filtering and moving the "show less" button to the top, for an easier user experience.
A new feature to enable Enterprise Positions in Suggested Positions for Career Path V2 has been added.
We've updated the Career Path V2 tool to disable external labor market role recommendations. This means employees can only search for enterprise-specific roles and won't see labor market role suggestions.
By default, this setting will be disabled.

We've revamped the Assign Career Path V2 Workflow.
Now, all "Build/assign Career Path" workflows have been updated to the newest V2 career path workflow. Any time a user builds a career path in any area of the platform, they will be redirected to the newest version of the career path tool.
The Training V2 Workflow has been updated to ensure the Find Training flow is consistent with all other modules.
Places impacted include:
- Match to Position
- Enterprise Structure > Position
- Matches/Candidates under Talent Acquisition
- Skill Set Comparison
- Job Opportunities
The Training Recommendation flow has now been updated to reflect the Manager's experience.

We've added a setting that hides the "Add New Employee" and "Import Employees" button from HR Admins and below.
This removes the ability for all users (including Owners, HR admins, and below) to add or import new employees to the enterprise for cases where an organization wants to prevent their users from accidentally making changes to the data and interrupting integration syncs.
