LMI Improvements
1. We've changed our messaging for LMI cards with insufficient data, including the ability to redirect to filters at the click of a button.
2. We've made a minor change to the wording from "Positions defined within your Enterprise Structure" to "Positions defined within your Enterprise"

Mentorship Improvements: Add Matches Outside Of Your Team
Previously, employees and managers could only assign mentorship opportunities within their teams. Now, they can search and match with employees throughout the entire organization!
Employee Import File Improvements
We've added columns to improve the employee import file abilities and our formatting tips template.
Hiding Checkboxes With No Action Improvements
We've hidden checkboxes in areas without bulk actions to perform to ensure clarity.
Areas include:
- Worker view > T&D Module > Assign new training button
- Worker view > Course Catalog Module
- Manager user type > TA Module > All Active jobs
- Manager user type > T&D Module > Course catalog

Added: Hide Employee Analytics
We have introduced the ability to hide Employee Analytics under the Employees Module.
Note: This can only be hidden by a SkyHive Admin. For more details, reach out to a SkyHive representative or contact support@skyhive.io.
Improved: Inactive Training Courses
- We changed the name of the Retired course status option to "Inactive."
- The active option will be auto-selected by default.
- Expired training courses (i.e. training courses whose first/last date available is in the past) are filtered within the course status dropdown.
- The training courses imported/created with the first/last date available in the future (i.e. later than the current calendar day when the training course was created/imported) are considered inactive.
- By default, inactive training courses are not suggested to be assigned.

- Employee Module > Click on any employee's three dots > Assign Training option
- Employees Module > Click on any employee profile > T&D module > Training tab > Assign new training
- Employees Module > Click on any employee profile > Profile tab > Actions button > Assign new training
- Employees Module > Click on any employee profile > Profile tab > Skills section > Core Skills (defined by user's department) > Find team training for missing and partial skills
- Employees Module > Click on any employee profile > Profile tab > Skills section > Match to Position (this tab should be previously enabled via Enterprise settings and a worker should be previously assigned to one of the positions within the Enterprise Structure > Position) > Find training option
- Workforce Planning Module > Edit any draft wfp > 3rd step > Candidates tab > Click on any candidate name > Actions button > Assign training
- LMI Module > Position Comparison tab > Choose Initial and projected positions > Build career blueprint option > Assign training to career blueprint
