Added: Relabelling Employee to Student Feature
To improve the user experience for education/academic users, we have added a setting that will change any Employee label to Student.
This change will be reflected in the following areas:
- "Employee" to "Student"
- "Date Hired" to "Date Joined"
- "Direct Manager" or "Manager" to "Advisor"
- "Office" to "Campus"
- "Department" to "Partner"
- "Worker" title to "Student"
For user types, Manager +
- "Welcome back to SkyHive!" to "Welcome to the Digital Pathways Hub"
- "Manager View" to "Administrator and Advisor View"
- "Employee View" to "Student View"

Improved: Labor Market Supply & Demand Performance
We have enhanced the loading speed of each widget under the Skills Supply & Demand tab within the LMI Module.
While there is no change to the functionality, you will see a performance improvement in loading data.
Improved: Employees & Positions Data Export
Multi Admin, Group Admin, Owner, HR Admin, HR Department Admin, and Manager should be able to download Positions/Job Definitions and Employee data into Excel and the export file layout.

We have improved the loading time under the Analytics portion of the Employees module. This will most impact any environment with thousands of user profiles.

Added: 4-Point Proficiency Levels
The new 4-point proficiency scale is defined and measured at the following levels:
- Level 4 - Advanced: Can perform the actions associated without assistance. Often known as 'a person to ask' when difficult questions arise regarding this skill.
- Level 3 - Experienced: Able to successfully complete tasks. Help from an expert may be required from to time, but can usually perform the skill independently.
- Level 2 - Intermediate: Have the level of experience as trainee on-the-job. Expected to need help when performing this skill.
- Level 1 - Beginner: Have an understanding of the basic techniques or concepts associated with this skill but unable to complete the task without assistance.
How can it be updated?
Only a SkyHive Admin can update this 4-Point scale.
- Settings > Enterprise Profile > General Settings > Skill Proficiency Levels
Do you need to update to a 4-point scale?
No. We introduced the 4-point proficiency scale to provide interoperability with specific organizations. If you desire to learn more, please get in touch with support@skyhive.io.
Where can users find a definition of the new scale?
By selecting the info icon within the Skills section of the profile.
Have the Managerial Assessments changed too?
Yes. The same functionality applies, but the new 4-point proficiency levels have also been introduced here.
