Added: New Training Integration/Recommendation Flow 

Note: The following addition is specifically for any client who has integrated their LMS with SkyHive 

• When integrated, registering for courses and approvals are done on the client's LMS System, which removed the concept of "Assign Training."
• User Types of Manager and above will recommend pieces of training instead. 
• We added "Integration/Recommendation Mode" to implement this change as an option in the Advanced Settings > Training & Development > Workflow of Training Approval dropdown selector.
• When this mode is enabled, no approval will be required, and courses will redirect to an external URL for status updates.

Added: Hide Enterprise Structure from HR Department Admin

• We have added an option to hide Enterprise Structure from HR Department Admins.
• Please get in touch with a SkyHive Admin if you wish to implement this.

Added: Hide Course "Level" From All Views

• We have added an Advanced Setting to hide Course Level.
• When disabled, the following areas will be hidden: 
  • "Course Level" filter in the course catalog
  • "Level" column in course catalog
  • "Level" field in course catalog detail/individual page (both display and edit mode)
  • "Level" field on the Training page
  • "Level" field on the Add Training to Career page
  • "Level" column in the course search popup in Career Path
  • "Level" column in the Training -> New Training (manager view)
  • "Level" column for the training course import template when the setting is enabled
  • "Level" column when a user is trying to download to excel a training course

Added: Daily Digest Email for Skills Update

• For direct managers with direct reports, we have added a new Email Notification template that allows Direct Managers to receive a daily summary of updates.  
• This is available for Owners to set under Settings > Email Notifications > Employees > Manager and Above > Digest: Skill Profile Update Notification.

• Owners can add their Banner Image, Button Label and Signature. 

• Once Send Notification is enabled, a Time can be set. 
• The Digest Email will be sent daily at the time specified and contain the skills updates in the last 24 hours.

Fixes 

Fixed: User Cannot Start the Same Ongoing Course

• Previously, users could start and request the same course multiple times. We have updated this behavior to ensure this has been rectified so a user cannot request or start the same course if they have the same course in "Requested,"  "Waiting for Employee," and "Ongoing" state.
  
  

Fixed: Disable Manager Edit Their Names 

• Previously, Managers could still edit their name when "Allow Employees to Edit Their Profile Details" was disabled. We have updated his behavior to ensure they cannot edit their own name.

Added: New Filter Under Course Catalog 

• We have added a new dropdown under Course Catalog for Admins to filter out retired courses.
• Only Active courses are allowed to be assigned to employees.

Added: Hide Course Catalog

• We have added an option to hide Course Catalog from Managers, Employees or both. 
• Please get in touch with a SkyHive Admin if you wish to implement this.

Added: Disable Add/Edit/Delete/Import New Course 

• We have added an option to Disable adding, editing, deleting or importing new courses.

Added: Hide Career Path 

• We have added an option to hide Career Path for all users.

Added: Edit Setting permissions for Positions, Department, Offices

• We have added an option enable or disable editing in Positions, Department, and Offices under Advanced Settings > Enterprise Structure

Improvements

Improved: Increase Field Length for Title and Reference ID for Courses 

• The Course Name field length increased to a character of 255
• The Course Reference ID field length increased to a character of 255

Improved: Custom Login Modal - Increase Text Length

• Owners can now enter up to 2000 characters for the custom modal editor for any allowed language. This was increased from 1000 characters.
  
• This can be located under Settings > Enterprise Profile > Custom Setting

Fixes 

Fixed: Market Salary Range info icon

• The Market Salary Range info icon has been updated to ensure it does not always refer to the United States.
